About the Event
B'Opera Relaxed Concerts are back with a midsummer musical feast for the senses.
Our babies and toddlers have been deprived of artistic and cultural experiences for so long. Let them revel in music by Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky, Grieg, Handel, Britten, Sondheim and more, all in the amazing acoustics of St George's Church. B'Opera have been finding ways to keep these experiences interactive and multi-sensory while looking after everyone through social distancing in this spacious and ventilated church.
And rest assured - no one will turn a hair if your child makes noise, moves around, joins in, or gets hungry!
You may want to bring a scarf/muslin and something to shake or bang.
Come and enjoy a relaxed concert with 40 minutes of opera and classical song alongside beautiful folksongs and audience participation, all sprinkled with games and interaction, as we explore midsummer magic through music and play.
