Our work

Through our First Songs Sessions, Relaxed Concerts and Baby Operas created especially for tiny ears, we bring high quality music from professional musicians up close and personal to you and your little ones. Our work weaves classical music, folk song and nursery rhymes with sensory elements and interaction from highly skilled educators, creating a relaxed and creative learning environment for the whole family.

Our Classes

Our First Songs Sessions explore how we can all use rhythm, movement, sound and our singing voices to bring a story to life. Outdoor sessions are currently happening monthly at Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens and in October they will be returning to Birmingham Hippodrome, and hopefully to Coventry's Belgrade Theatre next year.

Our Baby Operas

Team B'Opera have created six completely new operas, written specifically with the youngest of audiences members in mind. Our operas are heart warming stories which bring established classical repertoire together with folk songs, nursery rhymes and brand new music composed by our resident composer Phil.

Our Relaxed Concerts

Professional musicians Zoë, Jac and Phil bring you and your little ones themed performances where interaction is positively encouraged! You'll find opera and classical music alongside beautiful folk songs, games and audience participation. Concerts are relaxed so that all members of the family can be free to enjoy them and access them at their own level.

B'Opera on Tour

B'Opera tour all of their work. Their opera Alice and the Library Tree is currently on tour in the Midlands to libraries, book festivals, children's centres and theatres. Shows, concerts and classes are all adaptable to indoor or outdoor venues, and from early years settings to concert halls. Find out more about how B'Opera can come to you!
