A magical, musical adventure for curious bookworms aged 0–8 and their grown-ups.
What happens when your favourite place in the world is about to disappear?
Meet Alice, a brave, bright and book-loving girl who knows that stories can change the world. But when she discovers that her beloved Library Tree is being shut down, Alice must find a way to save it. With a little help - and plenty of hindrance - from a Fairy Godmother, the Queen of Hearts and the White Rabbit, she sets off on a wonderfully topsy-turvy adventure through the stories she loves.
Packed with beautiful live singing, playful interaction and music from Handel, Mozart, Beethoven and more, Alice and the Library Tree weaves classical music together with nursery rhymes, folksong and original music to create a joyful first adventure into the world of opera.
